Within one business day, almost always faster. Form submissions land directly with the founder, not in a queue. WhatsApp during Mexican working hours (Mon–Sat, ~9 a.m.–7 p.m. CT) typically gets a same-hour reply.
Just the basics — city, property type (condo / house / villa), how you're using it now (long-term, short-term, vacant, mixed), and what you're trying to figure out. We don't need photos or financials to start a conversation. We can request specifics if and when they help.
I read the message, then either reply directly with my read or hand it to the right person on the local team if your situation calls for a specialist. If we agree there's a fit, we'll schedule a longer conversation — phone, WhatsApp, or in-person at our Playa del Carmen office. No commitment, no pressure to sign anything.
