No. Smart Home & Automation is available as a standalone service for any property in our coverage area. Ongoing support (code rotation, firmware updates, battery monitoring) is most cost-effective when bundled with property management, but the install itself is standalone.
Yes, and we handle that. Exterior cameras are disclosed in your Airbnb / Vrbo listing per platform policy, with policy-compliant disclosure copy provided as part of the install. We never install cameras in bedrooms, bathrooms, or private interior spaces — exterior and entry-point coverage only.
We check HOA bylaws before quoting. Many Quintana Roo condos restrict exterior camera mounting on shared facades or rooftop mesh node placement. We work within those rules and flag them upfront — no surprises during install.
