We host a lot of families, and it shows: high chair, kids' toys, and a layout where the pool terrace is visible from the kitchen and living room, so little swimmers are never out of sight. The pool has a comfortable shallow zone, and Aldea Zama's quiet streets are stroller-friendly.

For Groups & Work Trips

The long dining table seats your whole crew, the open main floor doubles as a meeting or yoga space, and fast Wi-Fi covers the villa. Four bedrooms with proper bathrooms make it easy to share the house without sharing too much.

Outside, the private pool glows against jungle-wrapped privacy walls.

There's a poolside lounge, sun beds, and a gas BBQ grill for long dinners under the string lights.

Mornings are coffee on the terrace; evenings are wine by the water with the palms moving overhead.

The entire villa is yours, no shared spaces, no other guests. Private entrance, free parking, and self-check-in. Our local team is nearby throughout your stay for anything you need, from restaurant reservations to cenote tips.

Aldea Zama itself is very walkable, cafés, minisupers, and leafy streets right outside your door. For the beach or the pueblo, you'll want a ride in most cases. Taxis are the easiest option, they're everywhere in Tulum and short hops are inexpensive (agree on the fare before you get in; pesos preferred). Want your own wheels? We can arrange private transportation, ATV rentals, or scooter rentals delivered to the villa.
